Arizona was up 31-0 early in the 2nd quarter and 52-16 at the end of the 3rd quarter. At least 220 of WSU's yards came in the 4th quarter.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2440694009017367434.post-41355053903738109462014-10-28T04:00:09.389-04:002014-10-28T04:00:09.389-04:00I know RR's offense struggled at times, but I ...I know RR's offense struggled at times, but I remembered so many times how Tate wouldn't follow through on how the play was supposed to be run. He would bail early and go into improv and screw up the evolution of the play. You commonly saw him telling Tate this.

RR's offense moved the ball between the 20s, but would always get stuck in the redzone.

The cure for a team that gets stuck in the endzone: having an accurate, precise passer - something that hadn't come to fruition during his time here.

I really wish RR would have had a defense here! The offense stalled a lot, but I think would have eventually progressed.

Its absolutely ridiculous to go from one of the best offensive minds in the country to an offense that can only gain chunks of 3 yards at a time, running or passing.

Once the new coach is hired, lets hope he reinvigorates everything about this team and forms a watchable offense and competent defense. He now has 20 TDs and 4 INTs, and if you watched any of his earlier games, he could have had a bunch more TDs if he was more accurate, as his receivers are frequently w-i-d-e open. Yet, he's doing all this as a RS Freshman first-year starter.

You'd be hard-pressed to say he's more talented than a senior Devin Gardner. Yet Devin looks erratic, confused and under siege. He has 6 TDs and 10 INTs.

That's why when someone tries to predict how UM will be next year, it's a fools game. You have no idea until we see what coach we get. They make a TON of difference.Rob Pollardnoreply@blogger.com
