I won't do this for every state, but since Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois have turned into recruiting hotbeds for Brady Hoke and company, this will be the last rundown (at least for now) of state rankings.  Here's a look at the top ten in Illinois, after which it becomes somewhat irrelevant to Michigan:
