At least from the last decade. The Illinois license plate on that Pontiac debuted in 2001. Based on nothing more than a hunch, I'd guess late aughts.
Looks like the one on the far left and the one in the middle each have a fifth of hooch.
The one in the center is showing the proper technique, no chance of a fumble. The one on the far left would drop it at first contact.
