  1. Still don't know why we recruited him. Watching his highlight tape on Hudl just makes me think - Wow. We have limited scholarship space for 2015. We are already in with quite a few high quality prospects. And we're going to sacrifice a great prospect, or even a good prospect, for Brady Pallante.

    Pros:
    Good Motor
    Fearless
    Good High School DT
Good strength for a highschool DT

    Cons:
    Overall Athleticism
    No Burst
    Size
    He's not a D1 caliber prospect
His only other offer is from App State

  2. I am curious to see the kids highlight tape from this year when it becomes available. It's not easy for even a stud DT to rack up a bunch of tackles, but Pallante seems to be doing so consistently.

  3. You can't argue with this kid's production. If the numbers aren't fudged, this kid is making plays.

I have a soft spot in my heart for quick little buggers at middle guard having matriculated with Timmy Davis who is still high on my list of all time favorite Wolverines. He was way technically sound, a lot stronger than he looked, slanting on every down, he was about as disruptive as any middle guard/nose tackle we've ever had. At under 220 lbs. admittedly against significantly smaller offensive linemen. Still, the kid is significantly bigger than Timmy ever was comparatively speaking.

On paper, I couldn't figure this one out either, but every week the kid makes tackles.

  4. This is exactly what happens when you attempt multiple tasks at once.

    Edit to read,
