Michigan wasn't very good in 2013 ... that's pretty well known. But why? And what's being done about it?
Answers like "youth" or "coaching" seem too simplistic. Somewhere within Hoke's inner circle they're looking at all this. What plans they have we can only speculate. We can ask; they won't say.
