  2. I've never been terribly impressed with Heitzman at DE. The move to TE makes sense, because we have quite the stable at DE right now. I would've rather seen him move to DT rather than TE though.

TE: Paskorz, Williams, Butt, Kill, and Bunting. 1 True freshman, Butt is out with an injury. 4/5 bodies for 1 position, sometimes 2, very rarely 3.
DT: Pipkins, Strobel, Henry, Glasgow, Poggi, Hurst, Mone, Pallante. 2 true freshmen, 1 walk on. 8 bodies for 2 positions.

DE is set for a minute. A lot of talent there for now.

    What are your thoughts, Magnus?

    1. I don't think Heitzman is/was going to be great at any position. I agree that we don't need him at defensive end, especially if we're going to run an Over front. If we're going to run Over, we don't need those DT/DE tweeners like in an Under. Paskorz is gone after this year and hasn't played much, and Williams is a questionable blocker already. Butt is obviously injured for a little while. So I think it makes some sense to put Heitzman in there and see how it goes. He's a high-motor player, so maybe he can provide some blocking prowess that Paskorz/Williams can't.
