I'm pretty comfortable with Hackett in this position. He has almost nothing to say for public consumption which i view as a good thing. His press conferences are civil, professional and a complete waste of everybody's time beyond, "I'm on it" and best of all short without feeling hustled or condescending.
I get the feeling he's on the phone, which is exactly where he should be.
The girls are pretty firm too.
