ReplyDeleteI had never heard of an offer until he committed to MSU. But regardless, his Rivals profile shows a Michigan offer, and I have to trust that over an Anonymous internet poster. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteI think it was a verbal offer, nothing official. RR probably would had offered later in the year, he a decent prospect, but not a February offer prospect
