The thing with Rabun Gap-Nacoochee is that it's part of an independent (private) school athletic association based in North Carolina, the NCISAA. Rabun Gap is in the northeast corner of Georgia, right near the NC border. So yeah, they're small schools without a ton of FBS talent.
Is he playing in a Class A conference? It looks like he's in a Class B conference, because he looks so great compared to other players.
