Ex-Wolverine Updates: Week 6

FORMER PLAYERS

P George Caratan (UConn): Caratan punted 3 times for 102 yards in a 33-12 win over FIU.

C Zach Carpenter (Indiana): Carpenter is Indiana's starting left guard. He had previously started at center, but a hand injury forced him to change positions.

RB Zach Charbonnet (UCLA): Charbonnet ran 22 times for 198 yards and 1 touchdown in a 42-32 win over #11 Utah. Those 198 yards represent a career high and he leads the Pac-12 in rushing with 615 yards.

S Sammy Faustin (UMass): Faustin did not play in a 42-24 loss to Liberty.

OG Chuck Filiaga (Minnesota): Filiaga is a sixth year senior who starts at right guard for the Gophers.

CB Darion Green-Warren (Nevada): Green-Warren did not record any stats in a 17-14 loss to Colorado State.

QB Ren Hefley (Northwest Mississippi Community College): Hefley completed 21/35 passes for 289 yards and 4 touchdowns in a 47-7 win over Mississippi Delta.

K Cole Hussung (Louisville): The former walk-on kicker transferred to Louisville.

WR Giles Jackson (Washington): Jackson made 3 catches for 16 yards, 1 rushing attempt for 2 yards, and 2 kickoff returns for 34 yards in a 45-38 loss to Arizona State.

CB George Johnson III (UMass): Johnson had 2 catches for 24 yards and 1 kickoff return for 7 yards in a 42-24 loss to Liberty.

S Jaylen Kelly-Powell (Akron): Kelly-Powell made 2 tackles in a 55-34 loss to Ohio.

DE Aaron Lewis (Rutgers): Lewis made 2 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 1 sack, and 1 quarterback hurry in a 14-13 loss to Nebraska.

WR Oliver Martin (Nebraska): Martin made 2 catches for 16 yards in a 14-13 win over Rutgers.

QB Dylan McCaffrey (Northern Colorado): McCaffrey completed 16/35 passes for 103 yards, 0 touchdowns, and 1 interception in a 55-7 loss to Sacramento State.

QB Joe Milton (Tennessee): Milton did not play in a 40-13 win over LSU.

LB William Mohan (Tennessee): Mohan was recently arrested and is currently suspended from the program.

S Jordan Morant (Mississippi State): Morant did not record any stats in a 40-17 win over Arkansas.

DT Phillip Paea (Utah State): Paea did not play in a 34-27 win over Air Force.

S Hunter Reynolds (Utah State): Reynolds made 6 tackles and 2 tackles for loss in a 34-27 win over Air Force

C/OG Nolan Rumler (Kent State): Rumler is a backup center and offensive guard for the Golden Flashes.

RB O'Maury Samuels (New Mexico State): NMSU (1-5) had a bye. Samuels has just 1 carry for 6 yards in two games this year.

CB Andre Seldon (New Mexico State): Seldon has made 19 tackles, 0.5 tackles for loss, and 1 pass breakup for NMSU (1-5).

CB Myles Sims (Georgia Tech): Sims made 4 tackles in an overtime 23-20 win over Duke.

LB Anthony Solomon (Arizona): Solomon did not record any stats in a 49-22 loss to Oregon.

OT Jack Stewart (UConn): Stewart is a backup offensive lineman for UConn.

LB Branden Jennings (UCF): Jennings did not play in a 41-19 win over SMU.

RB Amauri Pesek-Hickson (Northern Iowa): Pesek-Hickson did not play in a 23-21 loss to Illinois State.

S Otis Reese (Ole Miss): Reese made 3 tackles in a 52-28 win over Vanderbilt.

S Antwaine Richardson (Kent State): Richardson made 8 tackles and 1 tackle for loss in a 27-24 loss to Miami-OH.

TE Leonard Taylor (Cincinnati): Taylor did not record any stats in a 28-24 win over South Florida.

DT Alex VanSumeren (Michigan State): VanSumeren did not play in a 49-20 loss to Ohio State.

WR Xavier Worthy (Texas): Worthy made 3 catches for 29 yards and 1 touchdown, 1 rushing attempt for 7 yards, and 2 punt returns for 11 yards in a 49-0 thrashing of Oklahoma.

Jedd Fisch (Head Coach, Arizona): Arizona lost to Oregon by a score of 49-22 to fall to 3-3.

Brady Hoke (Head Coach, San Diego State): SDSU moved to 3-3 after a 16-14 win over Hawaii.

Mo Linguist (Head Coach, Buffalo): After losing the first three games of the year, Buffalo is 3-3 following a 38-7 win over Bowling Green State.

Scot Loeffler (Head Coach, Bowling Green State): BGSU lost to Buffalo by a score of 38-7 and dropped to 2-4.

Rich Rodriguez (Head Coach, Jacksonville State): Jacksonville State (5-1) had a bye.

    Thanks for adding Linguist to the list I was starting to forget about him. We have a lot of 500ish head coaches in the tree.

    It's going to be annoying to see BVS making tackles in the big house again.
