RB Zach Charbonnet (UCLA): Charbonnet ran 11 times for 65 yards and 1 touchdown in a 44-24 loss to Utah.

Brady Hoke (Head Coach, San Diego State): Hoke and the Aztecs fell from the ranks of the unbeaten with a 30-20 loss to Fresno State.

Scot Loeffler (Head Coach, Bowling Green State): Loeffler got kicked out of the game, but BGSU managed to win against Buffalo by a score of 56-44.

Rich Rodriguez (Offensive Coordinator, Louisiana-Monroe): ULM fell to 4-4 after a 59-28 loss to Appalachian State.

  1. I am losing track of the years. Whenever I read the name "O'Maury Samuels" it makes me think he has to be in his 7th or 8th year of eligibility. It just seems like a name from so long ago.

  2. A career game for Brandon Peters. If only he could play Rutgers every week.

    McCaffrey had the best game of his career too, in a narrow loss to Sacramento State.

    Milton arguably had his best week of the year as well. (That's a joke JE.)

    Things are looking up for our 4th, 5th, and 6th year QB transfers!

    Our former OCs are fairing less well as they toil in obscurity (Warriner, Nussmeir, Magee) or notoriety (Fisch).

    The standout ex-wolverines right now look to be Charbonnet - who continues to look like a solid back who wasn't quite as good as Haskins/Corum - and Will Hart. Wonder if Hart can get himself an NFL combine invite.
