  1. Steve Sarkasian at Texas is likely getting Johntay Cook II. Xavier Worthy is an example of what a talented and fast WR can do under Sarkasian. Michigan isn't in the running in that league.

  2. Berglund, I see potential. But he kinda light for the BIG10.

    1. Yeah, I don't think he's quick enough to be a safety, so he's going to have to bulk up and play a LB/S hybrid role. Offers are thrown out pretty easily these days, but he's not a guy I really think is offer worthy at this juncture. He seems like a guy Rich Rodriguez might have offered back in his Michigan days and left people scratching their heads a little bit.

    2. Jesse Minter is at Michigan now. This is the BIG10. I hope he grasps that. He can't have the same players here as at Vanderbilt.

  3. Looks like they're assigning only their fast sideline judges to Johntay Cook's games.

    1. That's Texas football for you. Sometimes they look faster because they actually have more of them. A lot of places don't have enough officials to field a full crew, so they go with a skeleton crew.

    2. I have a friend that used to coach in Texas, he told me that when 7v7 started catching on down there, the club team that was closest to his school and was mostly made up of their kids, never travelled with fewer than four teams, and if the tournament had a U10 division, they'd go with 5.

    3. Texas football is a whole different animal than what you find in Michigan. People in other parts of the country just don't understand. Football is a way of life there.

    4. Yep. Been to a few games, and Texas is a beast. Louisiana was too, but almost a religion in Texas
