I don't know if this is something you can answer or not, but why is the offense always in the "home" jersey? Obviously the Michigan blue/home jersey is the more popular whether practice striped or not. Plus I would think it would help Denard (or generic QB if you want to generalize this to another team) to get some reps throwing to the away colored jerseys.
Not really a big deal, just always curious why the defense always gets "demoted" to the away jersey.
Just a thought, but the coaches keep saying over and over that they'll do whatever it takes to put the best 11 on the field. It seems like it's possible for Bolden to earn some WDLB time after this spring and fall, but would Cam Gordon possibly make that switch this year now that he's healthier and so athletic? Something to think about.

ReplyDeleteI doubt it. And besides, Desmond Morgan has earned some buzz as perhaps the team's best linebacker.
