FORMER PLAYERS

P George Caratan (UConn): Caratan punted 4 times for 176 yards (44.0 yards/attempt) in a 36-33 win over Liberty.

C Zach Carpenter (Indiana): Carpenter is Indiana's starting left guard. He had previously started at center, but a hand injury forced him to change positions.

RB Zach Charbonnet (UCLA): Charbonnet ran 24 times for 181 yards and 3 touchdowns in a 34-28 upset loss to Arizona.

S Sammy Faustin (UMass): Faustin did not play in the 35-33 loss to Arkansas State.

OG Chuck Filiaga (Minnesota): Filiaga is a sixth year senior who starts at right guard for the Gophers.

CB Darion Green-Warren (Nevada): Green-Warren did not record any stats in a 41-3 loss to Boise State.

QB Ren Hefley (Northwest Mississippi Community College): Northwest Mississippi was 10-0 coming into the game, but they lost 36-28 to East Mississippi Community College in the MACCC championship game. Hefley completed 21/41 passes for 183 yards, 3 touchdowns, and 1 interception. He was also sacked 2 times for -37 yards.

K Cole Hussung (Louisville): The former walk-on kicker transferred to Louisville.

WR Giles Jackson (Washington): Jackson did not record any stats in a 37-34 loss to Oregon.

CB George Johnson III (UMass): Johnson made 2 catches for 72 yards and scored his first collegiate touchdown in a 35-33 loss to Arkansas State. Johnson - who played quarterback in high school - also attempted one pass, but it fell incomplete.

S Jaylen Kelly-Powell (Akron): Kelly-Powell did not play in a 34-28 loss to Eastern Michigan.

DE Aaron Lewis (Rutgers): Lewis made 8 tackles and 2 quarterback hurries in a 27-21 loss to Michigan State.

Jim McElwain (Head Coach, Central Michigan): Central Michigan improved to 4-6 with a 31-27 win over Buffalo.
