      This must have been taken at a resort since that guy has a blue I.D bracelet and the model has a orange one.

    Dude in yellow is trying not to look. guess his wife is nearby...he's waiting for her to cross his line of sight, a la the movie "Hall Pass": You turn when she's still fifteen feet in front of you...then you wait for her to walk into your line of vision....You see? I can't help it if her butt walks where I'm already looking.
