    * I'll bet Minick gets hammered on a regular basis. I'm guessing that wasn't an outlier.
    * This reflects poorly on Harbaugh and the current regime.
    * His role matters. I have the sense that his duties include "policing" bad behavior.

Should he be fired? Not sure ... haven't fully thought that one through.

    1. It's a black eye for sure. Can Minick now lecture a student-athlete not do DUI? Harbaugh regime is fun, but it's not as stable as we'd like it to be.

  2. I'll bite. I'm not sure fired, but definitely a suspension or yearlong demotion. Ultimately, what will be best for the team? Can Minick somehow connect better with Glasgow and forge a bond? Will players feel he or Harbaugh are hypocritical when players receive consequences for their actions? Is Minick far and away better at his job than other possible replacements?

I would consider finding someone else for a year or so. Let Minick have an assistant role or find a similar role elsewhere, and then reapply next year. Maybe something like redshirting Hagerup or Stonum for a year.

  4. Dude needs to be shown the door. Students get it worse than this and he is supposed to be a mature role model. WTF, GTFO.

  5. Though they have released it publically but if you ask me, I am not quite sure if something is going to happen. I have worked with a Los Angeles DUI attorney and have seen many rich and influential people getting special treatment. My uncle is also a lawyer and I really know how things work when it comes to rich.
