ReplyDeleteAre you sure those stats for Deveon Smith are accurate? Scouting Ohio shows 120carries for 982 yards. I love the kid but almost 14yards per carry? I think not.
ReplyDeleteEDIT: Ace's MgoBlog Hello post shows 2150 yards on 189 carries (11.4 per) so you are in the same ballpark..... and an aMaizing ballpark it is.... best 3 star ever on Rivals?
ReplyDeleteHow is the level of competition, I wonder.
DeleteThe level of competition isn't great.
DeleteWhen I drafted the post, I couldn't find exact statistics for Smith. But there was an article where he approximated that he had 160 carries for 2,000 yards, so that's what I used.
Didn't Mike Hart destroy every record in the state of Pennsylvania in hs? He was only a 3 star too.
DeleteGood story, but Mike Hart is from New York.
