  1. With lewan staying for his senior year how good do you think the o line will be and who starts across the board

    1. LT: Lewan
      LG: Kalis
      C: Miller
      RG: Bryant
      RT: Schofield

I think it will improve. Lewan and Schofield should be better, obviously. I think Kalis will be a step up from Barnum. Miller probably can't be much worse (and I liked him coming out of high school), and I didn't think much of Omameh's performance this year, even though the coaches named him all-conference. So Bryant - someone like Ben Braden - will probably be a slight step down, but not much of one.

  2. I guess Scout is really that high on Kugler. I'm happy; he's slated for center and a dominant center can have a major effect on all facets of an O-line, as we saw with Molk (and his absence).

  3. I think the most surprising is Poggi falling despite him being likely the most impressive commit during the allstar game season. It seems like that was likely a reason for the Hurst boost at Semper. Any thoughts?

  4. Derrick Green looks like a top running back per scout as well. Where would you rank him with all other top running backs? I remember you prefer to have Ty Issac over Derrick Green. Thanks!

    1. I haven't studied all the running backs, but I like Keith Ford and Altee Tenpenny better; I thought Derrick Henry was more impressive during the Army Bowl. I'd probably put Green somewhere between 3 and 6 in the country from what I've seen.

  5. I know you dont agree with Derrick Green's ranking per rivals and Scout so I am wondering where you would rank him among top five running backs in this class. Well, is he even not in your top ten running backs? I remember you prefer to have Ty Issac over Derrick Green. Thanks!
