The Book List

She looks like a reader, right?
I have fielded comments, questions, and requests in recent weeks to suggest that at least a few people have similar reading tastes to mine, so I have provided a page at the top of the site (cleverly titled "Books I've Read") with a literature list. This is by no means an exhaustive list of my reading tastes, and it does not include books I read during childhood (when Matt Christopher was my homeboy) or for my professional life (because I like you and do not wish to put you to sleep).

My hope is that this will be a constant opportunity for you to look at book titles that might interest you, and it will be a constant opportunity for you to make reading suggestions for me and your fellow Touch the Bannerers.

  1. Well, clearly you're a guy.

At the very top of the list of heads that i would not like to have to live in, is that of Nick Cave, although I did like The Death of Bunny Munro and have and may even read And the Ass Saw the Angel ... someday.

It's a series of children's books to be sure, but the entire Harry Potter series is fast, fun, escapist reading. I found it interesting that the books mature with the characters. I read four in four days over a holiday weekend some years ago.
