Highlights: 2011 Michigan Offense

  1. When you sit and watch it all snap after snap, you quickly realize that:

lots and lots of our big pass plays and our season could have easily gone the other way.

David Molk is going to be hard to replace.

Vince Smith is one tough little Wolverine.

  2. The more I reflect on the season, it's tough to find a better play call on the season, than the screen to Vincent Smith against ND. He also made an outstanding effort to make unblocked defenders miss.

Question on the ND game... Could we have been flagged with a block in the back (Roundtree at around 3:34) on the Gallon run?

  3. @ Will 1:15 p.m.

That would have been a very ticky-tack call if indeed it happened. Roundtree was coming from the front side until the safety flattened out and headed toward the sideline. He turned his back at the last second with full awareness that Roundtree was right there, and even so, the block was in the back of the shoulder. I think it COULD have been called and we probably couldn't be too upset about it, but it's really iffy.
