The Wolverine: Anonymous opponents talk about Michigan's defense

At the Big Ten Media Days, The Wolverine asked opponents anonymously what they thought of Michigan's defense.

Hit the jump for three good looking brunettes, plus a gif of Rachel McAdams's behind.

  1. I've pretty much stopped attaching any significance to what anyone SAYS about our players. Practice buzz, coach speak media hype, recruiting hype...heard it all he last few years and it means nothing. I'm going to believe what I see on the field this year, and nothing else.

  2. Seems like a lot of legitimate observations of our defense being soft. Especially the comment that we lack headhunters in our secondary. Hopefully this becomes bulletin board material.

  3. Hopefully the coaches take notice that the promise of a return to traditional toughness and "physicalness" isn't being fulfilled.

    1. Absolutely a perfect observation. The talk of toughness never materialized. I hope this is a function of youth and inexperience because the defense did not resemble anything approaching what Lloyd Carr, Moeller, or Schembechler put on the field week after week. Toughness talk only goes so far.

    1. You know what cheers me up. Seeing Rachel McAdams ass jiggle like that.

  5. The time an opponent says something positive about Michigan will be the first.

These same things have been said in years we dominated the Big Ten.

In essence, this is all noise to me.
