2015 Season Countdown: #52 Logan Tuley-Tillman

Logan Tuley-Tillman (image via Michigan Journal)
Name: Logan Tuley-Tillman
Height: 6'7"
Weight: 309 lbs.
High school: Peoria (IL) Manual
Position: Offensive tackle
Class: Redshirt sophomore
Jersey number: #72
Last year: I ranked Tuley-Tillman #79 and said he would be a backup offensive tackle. He played in one game.

Tuley-Tillman has had quite an adjustment since high school. He was overweight and somewhat sloppy and reached a peak of approximately 330 lbs. Then he dropped all the way down to 285 lbs. before building himself back up to 290 lbs. last season. Michigan struggled on the offensive line at times, but Tuley-Tillman was passed on the depth chart by a freshman Mason Cole. Tuley-Tillman played in just one game, the season opening blowout of Appalachian State.

Whenever I see Tuley-Tillman in practices, spring games, etc., he still has the same inconsistencies in his technique. Considering the failures of former offensive line coach Darrell Funk, it's understandable. But the excuses are gone, and now he has a quality offensive line coach in the form of Tim Drevno. As the only prototypical backup tackle, he could be called upon if one of the starters gets hurt. His length and size are tantalizing, but I think he would be a liability in a starting role at this point in his career. Michigan has a few options on the interior if someone goes down (Patrick Kugler, David Dawson, Blake Bars), but if Cole were to get hurt, it's either Tuley-Tillman, a major reshuffling (Ben Braden, Graham Glasgow), or throwing out guys who aren't ready (Grant Newsome).

Prediction: Backup offensive tackle

2015 Spring Game: Blue 7, Maize 0

After watching the spring game on Saturday, here are some thoughts on each position group:

QUARTERBACKS: With Wilton Speight nursing a slight injury, this was a game between Alex Malzone and Shane Morris. Malzone had the superior completion percentage, but Morris looked like the better quarterback. Malzone still has an ugly, baseball-pitcher delivery that needs to be shortened up. He looks okay on quick throws (bubble screens, etc.), but any time he has to drop back and set up, the ball drops down to waist level and takes forever to come out. That is not something that gets fixed quickly. He made some good decisions but just doesn't have the ability to get the ball there quick enough (from a mechanical standpoint and an arm strength standpoint). Morris, meanwhile, also made some good decisions, showed nice touch on some throws we haven't seen him make before, and generally looked calmer in the pocket. His Blue team picked on "cornerback" Dennis Norfleet a bunch, which I thought was a bit unfair. Norfleet has been practicing mostly at wide receiver, but he was playing corner due to a lack of depth with the split squads. Morris and the Blue team sent Amara Darboh and Jaron Dukes deep on him several times, both of whom are significantly taller and veteran receivers. If the season were to start today, I think Morris is definitely the guy . . . but Jake Rudock is on his way from Iowa.

Spring Practice Rumblings

Mason Cole might not be blocking many edge rushers this season
Thanks to Daniel and Robert for your generous donations! If you want to help me redesign the site, please consider donating on Paypal (LINK, or on the left sidebar) or shopping on Amazon (LINK). Thanks!
---------------
Based on recent developments and leaks, I'll toss out some of the recent rumblings from practice, which you can feel free to dissect/discuss.

Quarterback: Different sources will say different things. I don't really have much to add to that, except it seems like Shane Morris is mentioned most often as looking the best.

Running back: Ty Isaac had questions about his toughness coming out of high school, but he has played through some things this spring; however, he has been suffering from hand and hamstring injuries, so he is limited. Derrick Green has also been injured, and Drake Johnson is coming off that ACL tear. The one constant has been De'Veon Smith, who has been earning praise for his vision and attitude. It's not really a secret that Smith can have a sullen disposition at times.

Fullback: With Sione Houma out due to injury, it's still Joe Kerridge, Brady Pallante, and Chase Winovich getting reps at this spot.

Hit the jump for the rest of the positions.

2014 Season Countdown: #79 Logan Tuley-Tillman

Logan Tuley-Tillman (image via MGoBlog)
NOTE: Due to a clerical error on my part (I counted Michael Ferns twice on my list), we're skipping from #81 to #79 on the countdown.

Name: Logan Tuley-Tillman
Height: 6'7"
Weight: 290 lbs.
High school: Peoria (IL) Manual
Position: Offensive tackle
Class: Redshirt freshman
Jersey number: #72
Last year: I ranked Tuley-Tillman #90 and said he would redshirt. He redshirted.

Tuley-Tillman enrolled early in January of 2013 and was listed at 285 lbs. He did not look very good in the spring game, and he was never in the discussion for playing time during the 2013 season. He's a tackle through and through, so that makes sense when he was blocked by seniors Taylor Lewan and Michael Schofield.

Now the tackle position has been thinned out considerably, and Tuley-Tillman should be in the conversation. Unfortunately for all parties involved, he does not seem to have worked his way in there. He broke his hand and spent most of the spring wearing a large cast, but he was still working with the second- and third-teamers during the spring game. A left tackle by trade, he was passed up for playing time by true freshman Mason Cole and fellow redshirt freshman David Dawson, who also plays some guard. Aside from the two presumed starters at tackle (Erik Magnuson and Ben Braden), there appear to be at least a few more guys who would be inserted into the lineup before Tuley-Tillman: Cole, Dawson, and perhaps starting center Graham Glasgow or backup guard Blake Bars. Tuley-Tillman will probably find himself mired on the bench for another year, and since nobody is scheduled to graduate after the 2014 season, he might be sitting yet again in 2015.

Prediction: Backup left tackle

2013 Season Countdown: #90 Logan Tuley-Tillman

Logan Tuley-Tillman (image via BHR)
Name: Logan Tuley-Tillman
Height: 6'7"
Weight: 285 lbs.
High school: Peoria (IL) Manual
Position: Offensive tackle
Class: Freshman
Jersey number: #72
Last year: Tuley-Tillman was a senior in high school. I gave him a TTB Rating of 75.

Tuley-Tillman was part of the huge run on prospects committing to Michigan in February 2012.  He graduated from high school in December, played in the Under Armour All-America Game, and enrolled at Michigan in January.  He reportedly reached 330 lbs. at one point, but he was listed at 285 lbs. on the spring roster.  And despite being listed at 6'7", he looked shorter than the 6'6" Ben Braden during the spring game. Regardless, he did not play particularly well during the all-star game, and he was a third-stringer in the spring.

Technique is constantly mentioned as a weakness, so it may take a few years before he realizes his potential. Personally, I took a lot of heat for suggesting that he did not receive quality offensive line coaching as a high schooler.  His high school team promptly went winless in the 2012 season and numerous analysts mentioned how raw he is as a prospect because of technical deficiencies.  However, he does have a nasty streak and some good athleticism, so it all depends on how quickly he learns the ins and outs of major college football.

Prediction: Redshirt

Poll results: Who will be the best offensive lineman in the 2013 class?

Wexford (PA) North Allegheny center Patrick Kugler
Patrick Kugler: 63%
The freshman from Wexford (PA) North Allegheny played in the Under Armour All-American Game.  According to the 247 Composite rankings, he's a 4-star, the #68 player nationally, and the country's top center.  He will enroll at Michigan in June and potentially be a backup to whoever wins the starting center job this spring.  His father is a former professional offensive line coach who is now UTEP's head football coach.

Kyle Bosch: 19%
Bosch is a 6'5", 307 lb. player who enrolled in January.  He attended Wheaton (IL) St. Francis and was 247 Composite's #3 offensive guard and #87 overall prospect.  In spring practice videos, he has appeared to be running with the second team at offensive guard.  He may factor into the playing rotation in the fall.

David Dawson: 12%
The Detroit (MI) Cass Tech prospect stands 6'4" and 280 lbs.  He's the 247 Composite's #4 offensive guard - one spot below Bosch - and their #95 player overall.  Dawson also played in the Under Armour All-American Game.

Chris Fox and Logan Tuley-Tillman: 1% (tie)
Fox comes from Parker (CO) Ponderosa, while Tuley-Tillman hails from Peoria (IL) Manual; they were selected for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and the Under Armour game, respectively, although Fox was unable to participate due to a knee injury.  Fox stands 6'6" and 300 lbs. and was recruited to play tackle, while Tuley-Tillman enrolled in January and has been practicing at left offensive tackle, standing 6'7" and 285 lbs.  Fox was 247 Composite's #5 offensive guard and #111 overall player, and Tuley-Tillman was the #12 offensive tackle and #167 player overall.

Dan Samuelson: 0%
Plymouth (IN) Plymouth offensive guard Samuelson stands 6'5" and 290 lbs.  According to the 247 Composite rankings, he's the #21 offensive guard and #414 overall player in the nation.

Under Armour All-America Game analysis

Shane Morris did not perform well in the Under Armour All-America Game but the potential is there for a good future
David Dawson, OG: Dawson wore #55 and started at right guard.  He earned a reputation as a nasty run blocker during the week, but it's tough to run the ball in these games because running the ball is largely about repetition, timing, and teamwork.  Part of his pass blocking technique is to lean on people without moving his feet, which will have to be fixed before he can set foot on the field in college.  The fact that he earned a starting spot speaks well for his talent, but he wasn't a standout.

Patrick Kugler, OG: Kugler wore #57, started at left guard, and also was named a team captain.  He looked good when pulling and also seemed to be the best pass protector of the three future Wolverine offensive linemen in this game.  There was an ugly busted blocking assignment that allowed a sack, but it looked like Kugler was expecting a double-team that his linemate ignored.

Shane Morris, QB: Morris wore #12 and was the #2 quarterback.  He showed a strong arm - perhaps the strongest in the game - but he made some inaccurate throws and bad decisions.  He threw one pass into the arms of Vonn Bell that should have been picked off and returned for a touchdown, and later he got suckered into throwing a corner route against Cover 2 when Vernon Hargreaves III was sinking back in coverage; the throw to the flat was open and could have been completed.  However, Morris did have one of the better throws of the game on a fade route to LaQuon Treadwell in the endzone that should have been caught, but Treadwell allowed Hargreaves to rake it out at the last second.  Morris showed a little bit of mobility in getting out of the pocket, and he's quick enough to be effective on rollouts, but he'll never be a significant threat as a runner and took a highlight-reel shot in the open field from Oregon-bound linebacker Matthew Thomas.  Overall, he finished 2/10 passing for 23 yards, 0 touchdowns, and 1 interception.  He also carried the ball 2 times for 1 yard.

Henry Poggi, DT:
Poggi wore #17 and started at defensive tackle.  He showed some quickness early in the game, pressuring PSU-bound Christian Hackenberg into an early checkdown, and grabbed a fumble recovery on a botched shotgun snap.  He also has very active hands and doesn't allow himself to stay blocked.  Poggi is still pretty thin for a defensive tackle, and I doubt he can put on 30-ish pounds of good weight in the next eight months to contribute this season.  Overall, he and Kugler had the best performances of the group.  Poggi finished with 1 tackle, 1 fumble recovery, and 2 quarterback hurries.

Logan Tuley-Tillman, OT: Tuley-Tillman wore #72 and was a backup offensive tackle.  He did okay in pass protection at times, but he generally stands too high and is susceptible to the bull rush.  Then when he gets ready for the bull rush, defensive ends can run around him.  He needs to adjust quicker.  There was one screen play called to the left where he let his guy run right past him untouched, which forced the quarterback into a hurried throw and an interception (that should have been a pick six).  However, when he chooses to do so, he moves his feet well and his wingspan allows him to keep defenders out of his body.

Here's a boxscore for the game.

Visitors: Michigan vs. Iowa

Dymonte Thomas
2013
Reon Dawson - CB - Trotwood (OH) Trotwood-Madison: Dawson is a 6'2", 175 lb. prospect who is committed to Illinois.  The teammate of Michigan commit Mike McCray, Dawson also holds offers from Arizona, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Pitt, Purdue, Virginia, and West Virginia.  (Highlights.)

Da'Mario Jones - WR - Westland (MI) John Glenn: Jones committed to Michigan at the end of October.

Mike McCray II - LB - Trotwood (OH) Trotwood-Madison: McCray committed to Michigan in March.  Here's how his senior season is going.

Shane Morris - QB - Warren (MI) De La Salle: Morris is Michigan's premier recruit for the 2013 class.  Here's a look at how his senior season went.

Channing Stribling - CB - Matthews (NC) Butler: This is his official visit.  Here's a look at how Stribling's senior season is unfolding.

Scott Sypniewski - LS - Ottawa (IL) Marquette: Sypniewski is a long snapper, which is really neat.

Dymonte Thomas - S - Alliance (OH) Marlington: Thomas committed to Michigan.  Here's a look at how his senior season went.

Logan Tuley-Tillman - OT - Peoria (IL) Manual: Tuley-Tillman committed to Michigan in February.  Here's a look at his senior highlights.

Csont'e York - WR - Highland Park (MI) Chandler Park: York committed to Michigan back in May.

2014
Brian Allen - C - Hinsdale (IL) Central: Allen is a 6'2", 275 lb. center prospect.  He has offers from Illinois, Iowa, Michigan State, Purdue, and Wisconsin.  (Highlights.)

Alex Bookser - OT - Pittsburgh (PA) Mt. Lebanon Shores: Bookser is a 6'5", 295 lb. prospect with no offers at this time.

Avery Edwards - TE - Raleigh (NC) Ravenscroft: Edwards is a 6'5", 220 lb. prospect with offers from North Carolina, North Carolina State, and Wake Forest. As a sophomore in 2011, he had 45 receptions for 659 yards (14.6 yards/catch) and 10 touchdowns; his junior produced 40 receptions for 490 yards (10.3 yards/catch) and 4 touchdowns.  He's not the most athletic tight end out there, and I think Michigan might have some better options, but he could be a guy they pursue down the road. (Highlights.)

Matt Hammerstein - OT - Uniontown (OH) Lake: I don't know much about Hammerstein, but my assumption is that he's the son of former Michigan defensive tackle Mike Hammerstein.

Joe Henderson - DE - Cleveland (OH) Shaker Heights: Henderson is a 6'4", 220 lb. prospect with offers from Cincinnati, Illinois, Minnesota, and Pitt.  Some people think he could play outside linebacker, but he looks like a weakside end to me.  He uses his hands well and has pretty good athleticism.  He had previously been listed with a Michigan offer, although recent information suggests he was not verbally offered by the Wolverines; however, I would not be surprised if he is offered soon. (Highlights.)

Darryl Long - TE - Westerville (OH) South: Long is a 6'4", 220 lb. prospect with offers from Illinois, Ohio, and Pitt. (Highlights.)

Evan Mallory - OG - Brownsburg (IN) Brownsburg: Mallory is a 6'4", 285 lb. prospect with no offers at this time.

Kyle Rachwal - TE - Lapeer (MI) East: Rachwal is a 6'3", 225-pounder with no offers at this point.  This is his fifth or sixth visit to Michigan this season, so I would bet that he would jump on a Michigan offer if he were lucky enough to get one.

Gelen Robinson - DE - St. John (IN) Lake Central: Robinson is a 6'1", 230 lb. defensive end with no offers at this point.  As a junior this season, he had 95 tackles, 47 tackles for loss, 13 sacks, and 2 fumble recoveries.  Robinson is the younger brother of Michigan freshman basketball player Glenn Robinson III and, therefore, the son of former Purdue and NBA star Glenn Robinson. (Highlights.)

Vic Roe - DT - Carmel (IN) Carmel: Roe is a 6'3", 255-pounder without any offers at this point.  I do not think Roe is a Michigan-caliber player. (Highlights.)

Shelby Spence - QB - Chicago (IL) De La Salle: Spence is a 6'1", 193 lb. dual-threat quarterback with no offers at this time.  He's the teammate of 2014 offensive guard offeree Jamarco Jones.  Spence does not appear to be a high level FBS prospect. (Highlights.)

Darius West - CB - Lima (OH) Central Catholic: West is a 5'11", 189 lb. cornerback with offers from Cincinnati, Illinois, and Purdue, along with some MAC schools.  As a sophomore in 2011, he had 69 tackles, 1 interception, and 1 forced fumble.  If Michigan were to offer him, I think it would be as a slot corner prospect; however, he does not appear to be a player who will be offered by Michigan anytime soon, despite recently being named to the Rivals 250.

2015
John Kelly - S - Oak Park (MI) Oak Park:
Kelly is a 5'11", 180-pounder without any offers at this time, but the buzz suggests that he'll be a decent recruit in the not-too-distant future.

Visitors: Michigan vs. Northwestern

Leon McQuay III is the highest touted uncommitted prospect
headed to town this weekend
Adam Bertke - QB - Marion (OH) Local: Bertke is a 6'5", 190 lb. prospect for 2014.  He threw for about 2,300 yards and 25 touchdowns as a sophomore in 2011.  He has no offers at this time.

Jacob Betschel - TE/LB - Jackson (OH) Jackson: Betschel is a 6'4", 230 lb. kid from the class of 2014.  He has no offers at this point.  As a sophomore in 2011, he had 33 tackles, 8 tackles for loss, 1 forced fumble, and 3 fumble recoveries. (Highlights.)

Ian Bunting - TE - Hinsdale (IL) Central: Bunting is a 6'7", 215 lb. tight end prospect from the class of 2014.  He has good speed and obviously a large frame, and he could be a U-back prospect in the same vein as freshman Devin Funchess.  He has a lone offer from Purdue. (Highlights.)

Daniel Cage - DT - Cincinnati (OH) Winton Woods: Cage is a 6'3", 265 lb. defensive tackle from the class of 2014.  He has offers from Cincinnati, Illinois, and Tennessee, and he attends the alma mater of redshirt freshman linebacker Antonio Poole. (Highlights.)

Jamitreus Crockham - RB - Fishers (IN) Hamilton Southeastern: Crockham is a 6'2", 205 lb. back from the class of 2014.  As a sophomore in 2011, he had 131 carries for 1,009 yards and 16 touchdowns.  His lone offer comes from Toledo. (Highlights.)

Cario Davison - S - Galion (OH) Galion: Davison is a 6'2", 190 lb. safety from the 2015 class.  He is teammates with Dareian Watkins, a junior prospect who could very well be on his way to an offer.

Garrett Dickerson - TE - Oradell (NJ) Bergen Catholic: Dickerson is a 6'4", 240 lb. tight end from the class of 2014 who holds offers from Maryland, Northwestern, Ohio State, Pitt, Stanford, and several others.

Logan Dziak - DT - Delaware (OH) Buckeye Valley: Dziak is a 6'3", 275 lb. defensive tackle from the class of 2014.  He has no offers at this point, and does not appear to be a Michigan-caliber athlete. (Highlights.)

Andrew Ford - QB - Camp Hill (PA) Cedar Cliff: Ford is a 6'3", 190 lb. signal caller from the class of 2014.  He has no offers at this point, but he has visited Michigan previously and is the teammate of 2013 tight end Adam Breneman, who was offered by Michigan but committed to Penn State.  As a sophomore in 2011, Ford had 1,362 yards passing, 12 touchdowns, 4 interceptions, and completed 67.3% of his passes.  (Highlights.)

Bruce Hall - OT - Leslie (MI) Leslie: Hall is a 6'5", 255 lb. offensive lineman with a preferred walk-on offer. (Highlights.)

Nathan Hall - S - Sylvania (OH) Southview: Hall is a 6'3", 200 lb. prospect for 2014 with offers from Bowling Green and Toledo.  He's the former teammate of freshman safety Allen Gant. (Highlights.)

Jaleel Hytchye - CB - Cincinnati (OH) La Salle: Hytchye is a 5'11", 170 lb. cornerback with offers from Arizona State, Cincinnati, Northwestern, Penn State, Pitt, and several others.  He's the teammate of 2014 wide receiver Derek Kief, who may (or may not) be offered by Michigan.

Jake Johnson - QB - DeWitt (MI) DeWitt: Johnson is a 6'2", 170 lb. prospect for 2015.  He grew up as a Michigan fan and visited back in April, too, so he could be an in-state prospect to watch down the road.

Da'Mario Jones - WR - Westland (MI) John Glenn: Jones committed to Michigan last week.

John Kelly - S - Oak Park (MI) Oak Park: Kelly is a 5'11", 180 lb. prospect for 2015.  He has no offers at this time.

Derek Kief - WR - Cincinnati (OH) La Salle: Kief is a 6'5", 185 lb. receiver with offers from Cincinnati, Illinois, Indiana, and Northwestern.  As of a couple weeks ago, he had 856 receiving yards and 8 touchdowns in his junior campaign.  Kief has visited Michigan previously and really seems to be angling for an offer, but he hasn't received one yet. (Highlights.)

Josh Krok - OT - Warren (OH) Harding: Krok is a 6'8", 310 lb. tackle for the class of 2014.  He does not have any scholarship offers at this point, and he looks more like a preferred walk-on type of recruit. (Highlights.)

Jared McCray - OG - Minford (OH) Minford: McCray is a 6'4", 305 lb. guard from the class of 2014.  He has offers from Akron and Kent State, but I don't think he's a Michigan-caliber lineman. (Highlights.)

Leon McQuay III - S - Seffner (FL) Armwood: McQuay is a 6'2", 185 lb. safety/big corner with offers from just about every powerhouse program in the country.  Florida State, Michigan, USC, and Vanderbilt have been mentioned as possibilities recently, with FSU receiving an uptick in optimism lately.  As a junior in 2011, he had 66 tackles, 4 interceptions, and 12 pass breakups.  Here's a scouting report I wrote up on him from July.

Bryan Mone - DT - Salt Lake City (UT) Highland: Mone is a 6'4", 315 lb. tackle for the class of 2014. He put on a bunch of weight between his sophomore and junior seasons, getting up above 300 after being about 260 last year.  Mone was the first class of 2014 prospect to have been offered by the Wolverines, and he's the former teammate of freshman fullback Sione Houma.  As a sophomore in 2011, he had 39 tackles and 3 sacks. (Highlights.)

Brent Morris - WR - Warren (MI) De La Salle: Morris is Shane's class of 2014 brother.  He has no offers at this time, and I would not expect him to receive a Michigan offer.

Shane Morris - QB - Warren (MI) De La Salle: Morris committed to Michigan last year. Here are his junior highlights.

Kyle Rachwal - TE - Lapeer (MI) East: Rachwal has visited Michigan several times periously.  He's a 6'3", 225 lb. tight end for the class of 2014.  He has no offers at this time. (Junior highlights.)

Travis Smith - QB - Ithaca (MI) Ithaca: Smith is a 6'2", 200 lb. prospect for 2014.  As a sophomore in 2011, he had 2,378 passing yards, 23 touchdowns, and 3 interceptions; he also ran for 969 yards and 25 touchdowns.  He has no offers at this time, but he looks like a kid who will be getting some attention from the MAC schools, if not the higher levels. (Highlights.)

Scott Sypniewski - LS - Ottawa (IL) Marquette: Sypniewski committed to Michigan back in June.

Logan Tuley-Tillman - OT - Peoria (IL) Manual: Tuley-Tillman committed to Michigan back in February.  Here's a look at highlights from his senior season.

Jared Wangler - S - Warren (MI) De La Salle: Wangler is the son of former Michigan quarterback John Wangler.  He might be a future walk-on player at Michigan, but he likely doesn't have the talent to be offered a scholarship.

Dareian Watkins - WR - Galion (OH) Galion: Watkins is a 6'2", 192 lb. wide receiver prospect from the 2014 class.  He has offers from Cincinnati, Illinois, Northwestern, and Purdue, among others.  As a sophomore playing quarterback in 2011, he had 100 carries for 559 yards and 10 touchdowns, along with 1,256 yards passing, 16 touchdowns, and 4 interceptions.  Watkins isn't a real blazer, but he is a decent runner after the catch and is solidly built; he looks like a guy who could come in and play in the slot for Al Borges.

Parrker Westphal - CB - Bolingbrook (IL) Bolingbrook: Westphal is a 6'0", 180 lb. prospect for the class of 2014.  He has offers from Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and several others.  As a sophomore in 2011, he had 56 tackles, 20 pass breakups, 7 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and 2 fumble recoveries.  He's a solidly built corner with decent speed, and it sounds like the coaches want him to play boundary corner and/or slot corner.  Michigan reportedly set the tone for his visit experiences and is generally considered to be his leader.  Former Michigan cornerback Todd Howard is his position coach at Bolingbrook. (Highlights.)

Csont'e York - WR - Harper Woods (MI) Chandler Park: York committed to Michigan back in May.

Senior Highlights: Logan Tuley-Tillman

Below are some highlights from Peoria (IL) Manual offensive tackle Logan Tuley-Tillman, a class of 2013 commitment.  I was rather critical of his technique when he committed, and I stand by those comments.  However, I do have to call a spade a spade - I think Tuley-Tillman has improved significantly since his junior year.  He still gets a little high at times and doesn't always keep his feet moving through contact, but his pass blocking has taken a giant step forward and he keeps a wider base when run blocking.  It seems that an off-season of working out at camps and such has really taken hold.  When I update TTB Ratings (likely in the next month or so), Tuley-Tillman should get bumped up from his current rating of 79.

247 Sports: Composite Rankings Released for 2013

Shane Morris averages out to be the #16 recruit in the country
247 Sports  did a novel thing recently by figuring out a way to post "composite rankings," which combine the four major recruiting sites' rankings into an average for each player.  They claim it's "revolutionary," but it's kind of something I've always wanted to see . . . but who has the time or resources to do something like that?  Well . . . they do, I guess.
