What's pretty impressive is that the opposing team had Marquez North, a top 50 player according to Rivals, and he didn't get a single catch in the game. Stribling was a big part in shutting him down.
ReplyDelete+1, north is rated as the #8 WR. Striling has made his name at a time when there isn't a lot else to talk about.
ReplyDeleteNice find Hoke!
ReplyDeleteWhat type of competition is he playing against? He seems to be putting up huge defensive numbers for a lowly rated prospect. Is he going to fly up the ratings?
ReplyDeleteThe competition is pretty good. The school is good sized (about 2,300), produces a lot of D-I talent (Jamar Adams, Uriah LeMay, Christian LeMay, Robert Blanton, Kris Frost, etc.), and plays other teams with D-I talent.
